Someday

Someday Im gonna have my own mini-me
She will sleep in between us at nite
when the sun starts to rise
and its time to wake up,
i'll whisper words in her ears
wake her up for breakfast
teach her how to perform the prayers
teach her to read the Quran
and teach her a thing or two, on how the world is cruel
but tell her too, that she need not worry
cause she has me, and Allah most importantly

I literally stared at this photo for few minutes and cried. Was it because Im overwhelmed by the fact that my friend/roomate of 7 years is now a mother and that I couldnt think of anything that can make her any happier

or was it because I too, long for this kinda moment =(

Anyways

Ive seen her at her most vulnerable moment and she deserves this blessing =')
